Metrovacesa hands over the first homes of Naos 21 in Vélez-Málaga

Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer, has begun delivering the first homes at Naos 21, a new residential project located in the town of Torre del Mar in Malaga. This project consists of 21 semi-detached single-family homes in a location with sea and mountain views.

The Malaga coast is a strategic enclave for Metrovacesa, which has invested 4.5 million euros in the development of Naos 21. This development is made up of 21 three-bedroom homes with a surface area of between 113m2 and 117m2. All the homes have spacious terraces of between 34m2 and 76m2 designed to take advantage of the views offered by their location in Torre del Mar, the second largest town in Velez-Malaga.

Naos 21 has communal garden areas, children’s play area and swimming pool. Its location stands out for its good connection with the national-340 road and the Mediterranean motorway (A-7), which facilitates mobility within and outside the region. It also has excellent access to the main services of the town and to Torre del Mar beach, which is only a 20-minute walk away.

The avant-garde design of Naos 21 has been conceived by Domingo Corpas Arquitectura, a family studio with more than 20 years of experience in projects focused on the province of Malaga. The materials chosen for the interior design are in keeping with the modern design of the development. The technical roofs have solar panels that cover the energy demand for the production of hot water in the homes, thus following the principles of sustainability and energy efficiency, key values for the developer.
