Important announcement: change of master agency 

• Metrovacesa assumes, for the first time, the commercialization of its Majestic Heights and Sunrise Heights development and increases the agency commission to 6.5%.

• The Aqualina project, in Benahavís, is now being marketed by Nvoga Marbella Realty.

metrovacesa is taking over, for the first time, the marketing of its Majestic Heights and Sunrise Heights developments, located in Manilva (Málaga), which Bromley Estates Marbella was in charge of until October 30.

In addition, we announce the increase in the fees of these two promotions to 6.5%.

In Bahia de las Rocas, 3 minutes by car from Sotogrande, both promotions are already completed and ready to deliver in December 2020.

If you have clients currently in the buying process at any of these developments with Bromley Estates, the buying process will continue unchanged until completion.

Likewise, Bromley Estates Marbella also leaves the commercialization of our Aqualina development, in Benahavís, which now passes to Nvoga Marbella Realty, thus giving continuity to this unique luxury project.
