Metrovacesa completes work on the Alamar Residential Development in Torremolinos

• This new project brings 123 new multi-family homes to the market in one of the Costa del Sol’s fastest growing areas.

Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer, has completed work on Residencial Alamar, a new project located in the town of Torremolinos, more specifically in the Los Álamos area.

The project, for which Metrovacesa has earmarked an investment of 42MM€, began construction on 26/07/2019 and the delivery of the homes is scheduled for next summer. Residencial Alamar consists of 123 multi-family homes with between one and four bedrooms, distributed over four floors. The surface area of the homes ranges from 52m2 to 186m2 and all have large terraces of between 19m2 and 60m2, as well as a garage and storage room.

Its location in one of the most expanding areas of the Costa del Sol combines accessibility to the main services such as shops or the Málaga-Costa del Sol airport, with the proximity to the city centre, connected by roads, bicycle lanes or the seafront promenade.

As well as being located in a privileged area of Torremolinos, Residencial Alamar has communal areas designed to make the most of the surroundings. The large communal garden includes pedestrian paths and two outdoor swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. The south-west orientation of the project allows for open views of the sea and the mountains, and at the same time, improves the energy efficiency of the homes and communal areas.

Metrovacesa has commissioned the design of the project to Estudio Seguí, a multidisciplinary professional team with 48 years of experience in the technical drafting of projects, as well as in the control and management processes. Residencial Alamar has an avant-garde and innovative design in which the surroundings become the protagonist thanks to the large windows and terraces that allow you to enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea.

With this project, Metrovacesa has 21 active developments in the province of Malaga, offering close to 1,200 new homes in total. In this way, the company reaffirms its commitment to the Costa del Sol, a strategic enclave where it is positioned as one of the leading developers in the region.
