With this project, Metrovacesa now has around 1,200 new homes on offer in the Eastern Andalusia region, where it has positioned itself as one of the leading developers.
Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer, has obtained the completion certificate for its new Residencial Nereidas project, one of the most important real estate projects currently underway in Torremolinos, for which the company has invested 49 million euros. The first homes are expected to be delivered at the beginning of this summer.
This project consists of 104 flats of between 1 and 4 bedrooms located on the seafront promenade of Torremolinos, with direct access to Los Alamos Beach. The flats have a surface area of between 145m2 and 183m2, all of them equipped with large terraces of up to 330m2 which, thanks to the location of the complex on the beachfront and the glazed façade, allow you to enjoy the privileged views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Residencial Nereidas has an avant-garde design that distributes the 104 flats in 10 portals with direct access to each building. The communal areas include an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a large garden, as well as a swimming channel, indoor heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, multipurpose room and fully equipped gymnasium. In addition, Nereidas has a jogging circuit for residents and 24-hour security service.
Its good location, right on the seafront promenade of Torremolinos, means that Nereidas has very good communications with the main services in one of the most up-and-coming areas of the Costa del Sol. Less than five minutes walk from Los Alamos train station, the Plaza Mayor Shopping Centre and the Parador Malaga Golf. Likewise, from Nereidas, the centre of Torremolinos is only five minutes away by car and, via the N-340, Malaga International Airport can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
Metrovacesa has entrusted the prestigious HCP studio with the design of the complex, whose priority is to make the most of every room, making the most of the space in an optimal and energy-efficient way. To achieve this, the most advanced exterior soundproofing techniques have been used, as well as air conditioning, underfloor heating and hot water installations using an aerothermal system that stands out for its efficiency and low consumption.
With 21 active developments in Malaga, the developer has a supply of close to 1,200 new homes in the region. In this way, Metrovacesa reaffirms its commitment and commitment to the Costa del Sol area.
