The Costa del Sol is one of the strategic regions for Metrovacesa, where it is positioned as one of the leading developers.
Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer, has started work on the first phase of its new project in Estepona, Serene Atalaya, a complex consisting of 33 semi-detached villas.
Metrovacesa will invest 34 million euros in this development, and work has already begun on the next phases of the development.
The three-bedroom homes have a surface area of between 118m2 and 171m2 with the option of a solarium and basement. The main attraction of the villas are the large terraces ranging from 174m2 to 260m2, a space that, since the beginning of the pandemic, has become very important when buying a home. In addition, the villas of Serene Atalaya have large garden areas that allow you to enjoy the outdoor space of the homes. More than 50% of the villas have already been sold and the delivery of this first phase is scheduled for the end of 2022.
Serene Atalaya is situated along a hillside, with a westerly orientation and good lighting to take advantage of the views of the Atalaya area. It is the first project to begin construction within the Atalaya Park area, an enclave that will complete the consolidation of the part of Estepona that borders Benahavís and San Pedro.
The privileged location of the complex makes it possible to combine the serenity and independence offered by the villa with the proximity to Guadalmina and easy access to the main beaches.
For the design of these 33 villas, Metrovacesa has entrusted the Malaga-based Maíz y Díaz Arquitectos studio, which has more than 20 years’ experience in national and international projects in which integration with the environment is a priority. Under this premise, Metrovacesa has selected materials, prioritising their quality and efficiency to ensure maximum comfort in the homes.
In this way, Metrovacesa continues to strengthen its presence in the province of Málaga, where it has 21 active developments, offering close to 1,200 new homes in the area.
